Bill in Marg. File from Tally.
DORON Tally Marg Bridge keeps a TallyPrime company in step with Marg ERP. Ledgers, parties, sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals, GST and stock with batches arrive in Tally as proper masters and vouchers, the way your accountant or CA expects them. Edits are altered in place, deletions follow, and every night the bridge checks that Tally still agrees with Marg, ledger by ledger.

DORON Tally Marg Bridge — the full demo (5 min)
Setup, the first sync, opening balances, a manual reconcile and the nightly run, on Marg ERP and TallyPrime on one PC.
Why businesses run the bridge
Marg runs the counter, the stock and the billing. Tally is what your CA, your auditor and the GST and income-tax filings work from. The bridge means nobody re-keys a bill again.
Marg's export, done for you
At each sync the bridge runs Marg's own Tally export in the background, even with the PC locked. If Marg is closed after hours, it starts Marg, exports and closes it again. Prefer to run it yourself? The bridge shows the menu steps.
Edits and deletions follow
Change a bill in Marg and the same voucher is altered in Tally, never duplicated. Delete it, and it goes from Tally too.
Checked every night
While you sleep, the bridge compares every ledger in Tally with Marg. Green means the books agree; anything that doesn't match is flagged for accounts the next morning.
You approve before anything moves
The bridge proposes how each Marg account, party and item maps to Tally, matching existing ledgers by GSTIN or name. Nothing is sent until you review and approve.
Bad bills never forced in
If a Marg bill doesn't balance or Tally refuses it, you see which one and why. The tray icon turns red and a Windows notification takes you to it. The rest of the sync carries on.
Your books stay yours
The bridge runs on the PC beside Marg and Tally. Your accounting data never passes through our servers.
Your books, reconciled every night
A tool that only copies vouchers leaves you guessing. The bridge proves the result: every night it syncs, then puts each ledger's balance in Marg beside the same ledger in Tally.
Green means all good
The Dashboard's Nightly reconcile tile stays green while every ledger agrees, with when it was last checked.
A mismatch? You'll know
A ledger that doesn't match turns the tile red, puts a red dot on the tray icon and a Windows alert on screen, and lists it with both balances and the bill it is waiting on.
Set it and forget it
Choose the time on the Auto reconcile tab, next to the sync schedule. If the PC was off, it checks at the next start; Check now runs it any time.
What goes across
What Marg exports arrives in Tally as the matching master or voucher, so Tally's reports and GST work as normal.
| In Marg ERP | In TallyPrime | |
|---|---|---|
| Account groups and ledgers | → | Ledgers under the right Tally groups, matched to ledgers you already have by name |
| Customers and suppliers | → | Party ledgers with GSTIN, address and state |
| Sales, purchases, returns and credit / debit notes | → | Sales, Purchase, Credit Note and Debit Note vouchers with CGST, SGST and IGST, item lines and free quantity |
| Receipts, payments, contra and journals | → | Receipt, Payment, Contra and Journal vouchers, with round off |
| Items, units and godowns | → | Stock items with HSN and GST rate, units and godowns |
| Batches, expiry and MRP (from Marg's ERP Bridger export) | → | Each bill line's batch and expiry date, and every item's latest MRP |
| Balances on the start date | → | Opening balances in Tally for the same date |
Three steps, once
A Tally or Marg partner, or your own accountant, can set it up in under an hour. After that it runs by itself.
Connect
Pick the folder for Marg's exports and the Tally company. The bridge finds the company open in Marg and tests TallyPrime on the spot. Tally on Cloud is supported.
Review the mapping
The bridge matches Marg accounts and parties to Tally ledgers by GSTIN and by name, and proposes a group for each new one. Check the amber and red rows, and approve.
Sync and reconcile
Bring opening balances for the start date, run the first sync, and reconcile. Then set the schedule and leave it to the tray.
Made for Indian trade and pharma
GST, done properly
- CGST, SGST and IGST ledgers rate by rate, as Marg booked them
- Parties' GSTIN and state; the state comes from the GSTIN
- Items with HSN and GST rate
Batches and expiry
- Batch and expiry on every bill line
- Latest MRP on each stock item
- Free quantity kept apart from billed quantity
Or accounts only
- Leave inventory off if Tally is just for the books
- Turn it on later; the mappings stay
- Marg stays free to use while the bridge exports
Your data stays with you
On your PC
The bridge is a Windows app beside Marg and TallyPrime. It reads Marg's own export files and talks to Tally on the same PC (or your Tally on Cloud server).
Nothing written to Marg
It only runs Marg's export screens. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your Marg books.
Passwords kept encrypted
Any Tally on Cloud password is saved encrypted for your Windows account.
A free 10-day trial of up to 500 documents, one Marg company to one Tally company. Your partner can set it up with you.
